We offer a 3-day money-back guarantee for all new customers on their first VPS instance deployment. If you are not satisfied with our service for any reason, you may request a full refund within 72 hours of your initial transaction.
To request a refund, please contact our support team at [email protected] with your transaction ID.
After the initial 3-day period, all payments are non-refundable. Additionally, the following items are not eligible for refunds at any time:
No refunds will be provided if your service is suspended or terminated due to a violation of our Terms of Service (ToS) or Acceptable Use Policy (AUP). This includes, but is not limited to, using our services for spamming, phishing, or illegal activities.
If you believe there is an error in your billing, please contact us immediately. Raising a dispute or chargeback with your payment provider (e.g., PayPal, Credit Card Bank) without contacting us first will result in the immediate and permanent suspension of your account.
Approved refunds will be processed back to the original payment method within 5-10 business days, depending on your bank's processing times.
