Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms", "Terms of Service") carefully before using the SevenBit Cloud website (the "Service") operated by SevenBit Cloud Computing Co., Ltd. ("us", "we", or "our").

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms, then you may not access the Service.

2. Accounts

When you create an account with us, you must provide us with information that is accurate, complete, and current at all times. Failure to do so constitutes a breach of the Terms, which may result in immediate termination of your account on our Service.

You are responsible for safeguarding the password that you use to access the Service and for any activities or actions under your password.

3. Acceptable Use Policy (AUP)

You agree not to use the Service for any unlawful purpose or any purpose prohibited under this clause. You agree not to use the Service in any way that could damage the Service, the products, or the general business of SevenBit Cloud.

Strictly Prohibited Activities:

Spamming, Phishing, or sending unsolicited emails.
Hosting Copyright Infringing material (DMCA ignored services are NOT provided).
Crypto-mining (e.g., Bitcoin, Monero) on shared CPU instances.
DDoS attacks or Botnet controlling.

We reserve the right to terminate your instance immediately without refund if any prohibited activity is detected.

4. Billing and Payments

All services are billed in advance. You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate billing information. We reserve the right to suspend your service if payment is not received by the due date.

5. Service Availability (SLA)

We strive to maintain a 99.9% network uptime. However, we cannot guarantee that the Service will be available at all times. We are not liable for any downtime caused by scheduled maintenance, hardware failure, or force majeure events.

6. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall SevenBit Cloud, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.

7. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New York, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

8. Changes

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. By continuing to access or use our Service after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.
